Is the center available for those of other faith traditions?
  Yes, we welcome individuals and groups of all faiths.
Are we allowed to bring our own presenters?
  Yes, you are permitted to do so.
Do you allow individuals to come for their own personal time?
  Yes, whenever space permits. We have one room which is an efficiency; where an individual may be totally on his/her own.
Do you have regularly scheduled Mass?
  Retreatants are invited to participate in weekend Liturgy; 9:00 am on Sunday at Christ the King Church and Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. Weekday liturgy is scheduled at JHRC Monday and Thursdays at 8:00 am.
Do you have walking/hiking trails?
  No, however we are less than ten minutes from the Virginia Creeper Trail. The Town of Abingdon, Cooms Recreation Center is only 5 minutes away and is available for exercise, swimming and walking track.
What Attractions are there in Abingdon?
  The area is a well known tourist attraction with mountains and woods. The town of Abingdon has many quaint shops, craft and antique dealers.
Can I reach the Center by Train or Bus?
  Unfortunately, trains nor buses stop in Abingdon. There are busses to Bristol TN.
Where is the nearest Airport?
  Tri Cities Regional airport is located in Bristol, TN, approximately 35 miles, 45 minutes south of Abingdon.
Are there other retreat centers located in the region?
  No, the Diocese of Richmond sponsors three additional retreat centers.
